Trader Joe's Is Coming
You heard it here first. I saw it with my own two eyes. There will be another Trader Joe's in Marin opening soon. I snapped the photo to the left at the Cost Plus Shopping Center. Store officials confirmed that the new loacation will be open later this month.
Now local residents in Southern and Central Marin won't have to fight the traffic at the San Rafael store anymore. They can head to Larkspur to do their Trader Joe's shopping.
Trader Joe's is very meticulous about how, when, and where they expand their network of stores. So their decision is great for local shoppers, and Marin real estate. Because sometimes little details like where the nearest grocery store is, and which one it is, affects potential buyer's decisions. This will be yet another appealing aspect of owning a home in the area.
